Using Notte
Notte is a macOS utility for creating and organizing personal notes beside the apps you use. You may use Notte for lawful, personal, or internal business purposes. You are responsible for the content you create and store with the app.
Your notes
Notes are stored on your Mac. You are responsible for keeping backups of anything important. Deleting the app or its local data may permanently delete your notes.
Purchases
Notte may offer an optional one-time “Buy Me a Coffee” purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Notte does not receive your payment card details. Refunds and payment issues are handled under Apple’s applicable terms and support processes.
Acceptable use
Do not use Notte to violate the law, infringe another person’s rights, or interfere with the app or the systems it runs on. Do not attempt to reverse engineer or redistribute the app except where applicable law permits it.
Disclaimer
Notte is provided as available, without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Keep independent copies of important information and do not rely on Notte as your only record of critical data.
Changes
These terms may change as Notte changes. The current version will remain available on this page, with the latest update date shown above. Continued use of Notte after a change means you accept the updated terms.
